Based almost exclusively on the strength of recommendations from existing clients, our business has grown from a one-man band in 1983 to a large company with four offices, around 120 staff members and in excess of 2,500 clients.

Our aim - a one stop shop

We know that when you are managing a business it is important to have the right services there for you when you need them. Our aim from the beginning has been to provide our clients with a one stop shop for all their needs.

Our formula

We have managed to build our business by basing all our efforts on our philosphy that you have to know a client and understand their business personally before you can help them to make that business grow.

We like to cement relationships, not only with our clients but just as importantly with our staff. We look after our staff and help them to build a good stable career. In turn our clients can enjoy building up a relationship with us all, knowing that their points of contact are always there.

Dedicated client care manager

Each client has their own partner who works with them. But if at any time the partner is not immediately available then our dedicated Client Care Manager will step in and make sure that messages get passed on, queries get answered and concerns get addressed.
