We have no hidden costs - all fees can be negotiated prior to work being undertaken.

New client consultations

When we meet you as a new client we like to get to know you and understand your business - so all initial consultations are free. This benefits us as well as you because, when we do start any work for you, we can be confident about what is needed and no time is wasted.

Money-saving notices

Once we know your business if, at any time during the year, we can advise you about saving money then we will contact you. Changes in tax legislation can happen at any time and we like to keep all our clients informed.

Visits to your premises

There are no extra charges for visits to your premises – in fact we would welcome an invitation to visit your premises to determine the services to be provided.

Advice along the way

Business problems happen all the time, not just at year-end. You can call us at any time to talk over a problem.

Meetings with a partner at our offices

You can make an appointment anytime to have a chat with a partner if you have any questions. You can have a coffee and put your mind at rest about a current problem.

Billing – hourly and/or fixed rate

For some regular services such as preparing tax returns we have standard charges based on the turnover of the company.

Mostly we charge by the hour for the time taken to do the work but we can put a package of services together for a fixed price. Or we can combine the two - which ever feels most comfortable for your business.
